Constantin has spent the better the last decade operating small businesses. Prior to that he spent two decades in asset and property management of residential investments across the country for several of the largest private real estate companies in the US. He has overseen over $500 million in acquisitions and dispositions, and implemented over $100 million in construction and value-add projects.
Constantin holds a BS in economics and a minor in architecture from Lehigh University, and an MBA in finance from Northeastern University. In addition to his positions with BKO, CPC and Aitherios Capital Constantin lectures at local universities and participates in industry conferences throughout the United States.
Constantin's Story
His parents were Greek immigrants who came over in the 70's as fellows in the medical profession. While their intention was to stay a year, it turned into a life long move. They had a strong desire to expand their knowledge and experiences. Ideals which Constantin inherited.
Constantin grew up on Long Island in a typical residential neighborhood in a typical residential house. He grew up under the veil of a strong greek heritage. His parents and family were and are major influences in his life.
Growing up Constantin played sports, instruments and tried lots of different hobbies and pursuits, but it wasn't till his 30's that he realized his passion was in business strategy. He made several goes with entrepreneurship and was successful. As a result he now consults at CPC in an attempt to help other meet their business goals.
